Terms of Service

These terms cover the website tryfundrbot.com and the FundrBot Telegram and Discord bots (“FundrBot”), run by an individual operator in Lithuania (“we”). By using FundrBot, or adding it to a server or group, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, allowed to use crypto services where you live, and not on any sanctions list. You are responsible for following your local laws, including tax on payouts.
What FundrBot is, and isn't
- FundrBot scores token calls and, for callers who pass validation, may buy their calls with a shared treasury and pay them a share of the profit, as described in the docs.
- It is not financial or investment advice, a broker, an exchange, or an investment product. You never deposit funds with us, and we never ask for your private keys.
- Memecoins are extremely risky. Past scores and payouts do not predict future ones. Any FundrBot token is a memecoin with no promised value or utility.
Rules, funding and payouts
- The rules and numbers published in the docs and on this site (validation, sizing, exits, profit split) apply. We may change them, and changes apply from when they are published.
- Funding and payouts depend on the treasury and the fund's own profit. They may be capped, delayed or paused (for example in an emergency, outage or suspected abuse).
- On-chain transactions are irreversible. Check the wallet you link. Payouts sent to the wallet you linked are final.
- Retry fees are non-refundable. If a bug or error causes a wrong score or payout, we may correct it, including withholding future payouts to offset an overpayment.
What you must not do
- Run more than one profile, share or rent accounts, or link wallets that aren't yours.
- Manipulate prices or scores, for example by calling tokens you created or control, coordinating pumps, or wash trading.
- Exploit bugs, attack or overload the bot or site, or spam commands.
- Break Discord's or Telegram's terms while using the bot.
If you do, we may reject calls, demote or ban the wallet and accounts involved, and withhold unpaid amounts linked to the abuse.
Server and group admins
If you add FundrBot to a Discord server or Telegram group, you confirm you're allowed to, and that your members can see it posts call results there. You can remove it at any time.
No warranty and liability
FundrBot is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will be available, accurate or profitable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed payouts, lost profits, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using FundrBot at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, at any time.
Law
Lithuanian law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, unless your consumer law gives you another option.
