Privacy Policy

Who we are

FundrBot (the website tryfundrbot.com and the FundrBot Telegram and Discord bots) is run by an individual operator in Lithuania, who is the data controller. Contact: hello@tryfundrbot.com.

What we collect

  • Your chat account: Telegram or Discord user ID and username. We read your account's creation date (it is encoded in the ID) to check the minimum account age.
  • Your wallet: the Solana public address you send with /link. We never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
  • Your calls: the token address, time, and the server/group, channel and message IDs of each /call, plus the scores and trades that follow from it.
  • Servers and groups: the ID, name and member count of each Discord server or Telegram group the bot is added to.
  • Payments: on-chain transactions between your linked wallet and FundrBot (retry fees, payouts).
  • Website: an early-access cookie (fb_access) if you enter an invite code, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security.

The Discord bot only receives the slash commands you send it. It does not read other messages in your server. We do not collect email addresses, real names, or payment card details.

Why we use it

  • To run the service: score your calls, validate and fund callers, and send payouts (performance of our agreement with you).
  • To prevent abuse: account-age checks, one wallet per account, bans, and limiting free attempts (our legitimate interest in a fair fund).
  • To keep the system secure and fix problems (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

What is public

Transparency is part of the product. The callers page shows your shortened wallet address, username and call statistics. Trades and payouts happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent: we cannot remove anything from it.

Who we share it with

  • Hetzner (Germany) hosts our servers and database.
  • Discord and Telegram deliver bot messages, under their own privacy policies.
  • Solana infrastructure providers (RPC, price and swap APIs such as Jupiter) receive token and wallet addresses to quote and send transactions, not your chat identity.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU under their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your profile is active. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your profile within 30 days, except: records of bans and used free attempts (kept to stop abuse), records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons, and anything already on the blockchain. Server logs and backups roll over within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@tryfundrbot.com from, or with proof of, the account concerned. A Discord server admin can stop all collection from a server at any time by removing the bot. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local authority.

Age

FundrBot is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
